IT Help Desk Technician
Job Summary
The Help Desk Technician is responsible for being at the front line for all technology-related issues. This individual must have excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment. The technician should have some technical understanding of Microsoft operating systems, including various hardware, software, and networking systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive various IT related inquiries from the warehouse
- Troubleshoots and manages relatively simple hardware, software, or network problems.
- Recognizes and escalates more difficult issues to Tier 2 Support.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Resolves more complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge.
- Manages and issues computing assets to all company employees.
- Install personal computers and printers for new employees.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Log help desk activities in the tracking system in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.

As part of our team, you will work as an outsourced eCommerce account manager, specializing in order fulfillment and operations for multiple clients. This is one of the few opportunities to work simultaneously with a variety of Silicon Valley’s most exciting companies.

Project Manager Trainee / Assistant
Trainee / Assistant Project Manager responsibilities
- Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals
- Generate invoices for clients based on services rendered and in coordination with the Project Manager
- Prepare written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses
- Visit project site in the warehouse to evaluate progress and to respond to customers’ concerns or questions

EDI Specialist Trainee
The ideal candidate is inquisitive, a natural problem solver, and technically minded. Previous EDI experience is preferred, but not required for the position. The ideal candidate will have some background in programming/coding.
Description:
- Assist with investigating and resolving EDI transactions
- Continuous monitoring for EDI errors and facilitate timely resolutions
- Execute integrations for new clients accurately and within set deadlines
- Ensure accuracy and reliability to any changes made to EDI orders
- Provide support to current partner integrations
- Participate and contribute to process improvements (including workflows, documentation of process and procedures, etc)
- Create and/or modify tools that facilitate the EDI eco-system
Minimum Requirements:

Warehouse Inventory Clerk
Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of the material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using the computer.
Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
- Opens bales, crates, and other containers
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
- Prepare parcels for shipping
